Deleting your Motivasyon TV account and data

From the app (instantly)

1. Open the Motivasyon TV app on your phone and sign in.
2. Tap the Settings tab at the bottom.
3. Tap Delete account, type your password and confirm.

The account and all data belonging to your family — the parent account, child profiles, tasks, task records, points, pets and decorations, connected TVs — are deleted instantly and permanently. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app

From the email address registered to your account, send an email with the subject "Account deletion request" to [email protected]. After we verify your identity, your account is deleted within 7 days at the latest and you are informed.

Deleting only some data

To delete a child's profile and their entire history without closing the account: Children → Edit → Delete. You can turn off individual tasks in the Tasks tab.

Server security records (IP address, request time) are kept for at most 14 days and are then deleted automatically.
