Terms of Use

Effective date: 28 September 2026

1. The service

Motivasyon TV is a free app that lets parents create task lists for their children, approve the tasks their children complete, and lets children grow their pets in a virtual world (for example, an aquarium) through these tasks. The service is provided "as is"; it is not guaranteed to work without interruption or errors.

2. Account

An account can be opened only by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential. You are responsible for the accuracy of the child information you enter and for your authority to enter it.

3. Virtual items

Points in the app (e.g. "pearls"), pets and decorations are virtual items that have meaning only within the app; they have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred or bought with real money. They disappear permanently when the account is deleted.

4. Unacceptable use

Attempts to compromise the security of the service, to access other families' data, to overload the system or to use the service for unlawful purposes are prohibited and lead to the account being closed.

5. Limitation of liability

The app is a tool that helps with parenting; it does not replace parental supervision. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

6. Termination

You can close your account at any time with Settings → Delete account. The account may be closed in case of a serious breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Contact: [email protected]
